When you shop at Hangmatta you always has 30 days exchange right. Observe that it is enough to notify us through email within 30 days of purchase to use your exchange right. It is important to attach your ordernumber when sending back your package.
We follow The Swedish Consumer Agency ´s rules and guidelines. If you have questions about your product or purchase, email or call us and we are happy to assist you.
Change of product is possible if you want a cheaper or a product for less value. If the product is cheaper, the difference will get payed back to you. The customer is responsible to pay for the shippment. We send your product once we have reccived your package.
Notice that the product and package has to be in unchanged condition. The product has to be unused and not damaged.

We have a careful qualitycontrol of each product. Thus, some products might have a daage that has been missed. If you want to reclaim a product after 30 days we kindly ask you to contact customerservice.
Within six months you have the right to reclaim a product with potential manufacturing and/ or material defects.
If the product has not been handled carefully, if the washing advises has not been taken into account or an error has occurred due to excessive use / excessive wear, you are not entitled to reclaim the product.
To reclaim a product:
1. Email [email protected] and attach your ordernumber.
2. Explain short how and why you want to reclaim the product.
3. Attach four to five pictures that complemnts your description.
4. We will look at your errand and contact you within a few days.
